Denise O'Donnell is a distinguished executive leader with expertise in finance, operations, and strategic planning. Her passion for constructing successful and sustainable business ecosystems is complemented by her dedication to higher education.

Denise holds an MSA in Accounting from Wheeling Jesuit University and SHRL and CNAP certifications. She has been working in higher education finance for over 9 years. Previous roles include Assistant Controller and Director of Financial Reporting at Spalding University and Chief Financial Officer at Hocking Technical College.

Denise is also the owner of two thriving businesses: SCOPE, which specializes in Executive Finance and Operations Consulting, and Valley Payment Solutions, a premier merchant processing company.

Additionally, she is part of a team at the forefront of a pioneering $25 million initiative in 3D printed housing. In collaboration with AHEAD (Advanced Housing Energy Acceleration District), she is leading efforts to develop solar grids for energy-efficient 3D printed housing villages along the Appalachian Trail, underscoring her commitment to sustainable development and solutions for survivors of family violence and human trafficking.
